Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and emerging market trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, secure, and scalable systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- R&D Leadership: Guide research initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable energy technologies relevant to our niche.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and external vendors to translate technical requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously monitor industry shifts to adapt our architecture for future technologies not yet invented.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term, identifying potential roadblocks before they occur and proposing innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
