- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee system security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems is a significant plus.
