Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and future-proof system architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into core business workflows.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to assess feasibility for production use.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or Generative AI frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience in technical leadership.
