Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems.
- Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to ensure technical feasibility.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and performance in distributed systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations or greenfield projects.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
