Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of shipping scalable platforms handling >10M concurrent users
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic computing
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology impacts
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and regulatory ecosystems
