Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography, federated learning, and distributed ledger systems
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future-tech implications
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
