Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy to integrate Generative AI, edge computing, and next-gen security protocols into our product ecosystem.
- Scalability Engineering: Design resilient, cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential data growth and high-concurrency traffic expected by 2026.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., WebAssembly, Rust-based systems) to modernize legacy infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- System Performance: Oversee the optimization of system latency, throughput, and reliability metrics to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting architectural reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Core Competencies: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- AI & Data: Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments and understanding of data pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
