In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application. You will lead a team of elite engineers and researchers to build prototypes for next-gen computing, AI integration, and quantum interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic 2026 technology roadmap for core product lines.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype futuristic solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Quantum Leap) and assess their viability for immediate integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven automation into legacy systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (preferred).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance systems under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
