Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technical capabilities with market trends through 2028
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-proof development methodologies
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and MVP validation in our experimental labs
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Partner with product teams to translate future visions into actionable technical specifications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with proven experience in scaling enterprise-grade platforms
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals, blockchain, and next-gen AI frameworks
- Strong background in developing strategic technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure with specialization in emerging tech solutions
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in agile environments
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity paradigms for post-quantum eras
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future technologies
