Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Spatial Computing.
- Lead the architecture of high-scale distributed systems, ensuring 99.99% availability and zero-latency performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge cloud technologies, including Serverless and Edge Computing.
- Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to production deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a passion for iterative development.
