Responsibilities
- Design and architect next-generation systems and applications aligned with the 2026 product vision.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into existing infrastructure seamlessly.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and scalable architectural patterns for the organization.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in long-term strategic projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Present architectural roadmaps and technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plus.
