Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for our 2026 and beyond product suite.
- Architect highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems using cutting-edge AI and distributed computing technologies.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in research and development of novel algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current production environments.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) and evaluate their feasibility for deployment.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met across all engineering projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning models, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
