Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and architecture for the company's capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- System Design: Architect resilient, cloud-native systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and processing speeds.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AGI, Edge Computing, Neuro-interfaces) and integrate viable solutions into our product roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of current legacy systems to future-proof architectures, ensuring zero downtime during migration.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
