Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Pilot AI Integration: Integrate advanced machine learning models into legacy systems to enhance predictive analytics and automation.
- Sustainability Leadership: Lead initiatives to optimize energy consumption in data centers and cloud environments.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic hardware-software interfaces.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure security and scalability.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Create technical roadmaps that align with the company’s 2026 vision and long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI & Data: Strong background in machine learning pipelines, data warehousing, and AI model deployment.
- Future Tech: Experience with edge computing, IoT, or blockchain technologies is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
