- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML, quantum computing, and Web3 solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability and strategic alignment
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through compelling technical proposals
- Establish R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech consortiums
- Mentor senior engineers in cutting-edge development methodologies
- Drive patent strategy for core innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record shipping AI/ML or blockchain products at scale
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
