- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships for forward-looking projects
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers in emerging tech domains
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to production
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Experience with venture capital funding and strategic partnerships
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
