- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026 commercialization
- Manage patent portfolios (50+ filings)
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers/strategists
- Partner with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) for talent/IP
- Present at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES 2026)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics/Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years in tech R&D leadership (FAANG or equivalent)
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough tech (quantum/AI)
- Expertise in emerging tech commercialization
- Strong stakeholder management (C-suite to VCs)
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Patent portfolio with 20+ granted innovations
