Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-forward technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to prototype and scale breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Design go-to-market strategies for futuristic products with 3-5 year incubation cycles
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed projections
- Champion ethical tech deployment and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching at least one breakthrough tech product (2018-2024)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong financial modeling skills for long-term innovation ROI forecasting
- Experience building and leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
