Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, Web3, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable, future-proof systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for digital transformation.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and mitigate technical risks associated with new and unproven technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable technical plans.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
