As a Future Tech Lead, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, guiding our engineering teams toward breakthrough innovations in AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for high-impact projects targeting the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into scalable software solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and security protocols for future infrastructure.
- Present technical roadmaps and strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go) and frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data science and machine learning model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
