Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Quantum Computing integration) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve inference speeds for our AI models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical realities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, with additional experience in C++ or Rust preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
