Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning engineering goals with business strategy.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including generative AI and quantum computing interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in data engineering and high-availability system design.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
