Responsibilities

- Mentor junior developers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Rust, Go) and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level software solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, data structures, and algorithmic efficiency.

- Experience working in agile environments and driving technical strategy.
