Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the strategic technology roadmap for the next three years, focusing on AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects that explore emerging technologies and validate their feasibility for commercial implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into scalable product features.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to ensure Zai Future Systems remains at the forefront of industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role within high-tech environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving markets.
