Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the creation and execution of the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, Web3, and Quantum Computing.
- Technical Vision: Define the architectural standards and best practices that will guide the product development lifecycle for the next 3-5 years.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and design to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML integration.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Leadership: Proven success in leading diverse teams through high-growth phases and technical pivots.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
