Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global technology trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the planning and budgeting process for future technology initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D initiatives to test emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting market trends and building long-term strategic plans.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Data Analytics).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
