Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI and Spatial Computing.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation algorithms, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic features into current roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance in a high-velocity environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to architect large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum-Ready Computing architectures.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
