Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the execution of the 2026 Technology and Operations Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to forecast future needs and opportunities, providing data-driven insights to the C-Suite.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate advanced technologies into existing workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the Information Technology or Operations sector, with a focus on strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications.
