- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite on tech investment decisions and innovation KPIs
- Present future-vision frameworks to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2025 portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with patent development and tech commercialization
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
