Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) into scalable solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of technological experimentation
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, neurotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $20M
