Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate next-gen technologies into core product ecosystems
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to maintain technological leadership
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor tech talent in innovation methodologies and future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
