- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core products
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for pilot projects
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry panels at global tech summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Drive patent portfolios and IP protection for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with Horizon Scanning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (e.g., MIT Professional Education)
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and academic research institutions
