As a key architect of our digital transformation, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, government agencies, and global startups to build sustainable tech frameworks for the next decade. This role combines strategic foresight with hands-on implementation in our Austin innovation hub.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align emerging tech adoption with business objectives
- Research and evaluate frontier technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and pilot programs
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external innovation partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 startups
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI Systems or related field
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from lab to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE, ACM) or Technology Strategy frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
