Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection frameworks for novel tech concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term strategic forecasting
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and technical stakeholders
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership) a plus
