Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams across 3 continents
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive patent development in emerging tech verticals
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact predictions
