Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and forecast their market impact through 2030
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, blockchain, and biotechnology
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to co-develop next-gen technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for futuristic projects
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through hackathons, thought leadership, and mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ technical and non-technical professionals
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
