Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in tech strategy development for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: AI, IoT, or blockchain
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
