Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development pipelines
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Manage innovation labs and foster cross-disciplinary experimentation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent future planning experience
- Experience building and scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
