Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and analyzing emerging technologies with 2026+ commercial viability
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market projections
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and investment targets in next-gen tech
- Present visionary technology insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and track implementation success across global divisions
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop mitigation strategies
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $50M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
