Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or innovation methodologies preferred
