Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the company's 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate industry shifts and technological disruptions.
- Oversee the Proof of Concept (PoC) phase for high-risk, high-reward experimental projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators to foster innovation.
- Mentor junior strategists and technical leads on emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the technology sector, with a focus on R&D or Product Strategy.
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology products or platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Validated ability to secure funding and resources for experimental projects.
