Responsibilities

- Present technology roadmaps and impact assessments to executive leadership and board members
- Identify and secure partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions and startups
- Design competitive intelligence systems for emerging technology landscapes
- Create scenario models for 2026 market shifts and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
