Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate-tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-computer interaction
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Produce strategic whitepapers on technology adoption timelines
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio
- Mentor junior futurists and technical strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE/AI journals or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Portfolio demonstrating technology-to-market translation
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (global collaboration)
