Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision for the company, aligning technology with long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute major transformation projects and roadmap milestones.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure Quantum Leap Dynamics remains a market leader.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
- Oversee the budget allocation for R&D initiatives related to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps (3-5 year outlook).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
