Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading advanced R&D projects in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier IEEE journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in research funding
