Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ innovations across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Architect scalable solutions addressing global challenges: climate, healthcare, and accessibility
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Translate emerging tech trends into actionable product development frameworks
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
- Pioneer ethical AI frameworks and sustainable computing standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in future-tech specialization
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum ML, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ users or equivalent impact
- Experience securing federal innovation grants ($5M+)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
