Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neural interface technologies
- Design scalable frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop practical commercial applications
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop patent-pending solutions in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in distributed systems, cryptography, and machine learning architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences on future technologies
- Experience leading teams in agile development of complex systems
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced technologies
- Certification in quantum computing or neural interface technologies preferred
