Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Lead R&D initiatives in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Design scalable decentralized systems using blockchain and Web3 protocols
- Drive prototyping of AR/VR interfaces for industrial metaverse applications
- Collaborate with C-suite on technology adoption roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Present breakthrough concepts to investors and industry partners
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (top-tier conferences)
- Proven track record leading complex R&D projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of decentralized consensus mechanisms
- Strong portfolio showcasing deployed ethical AI solutions
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., IBM Quantum Safe)
