Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 innovation cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate commercial viability
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovations to executive stakeholders and potential investors
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an experimental mindset
- Manage R&D budgets and track innovation KPIs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with proven tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Experience securing venture funding or government grants
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation launches
- Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
