Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or CRISPR applications
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from lab to market
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
